The Preakness came to life at our York-South (Leader Heights) campus in true Country Meadows style! 🏇💥

Our residents placed their bets, and the excitement was palpable as they cheered for their horses to win big! 🏆 The winners scored some awesome prizes, and everyone toasted to the occasion with the official drink of the Preakness – The Black Eyed Susan! 🍹 And of course, what’s a celebration without crab dip and crab fries?

🦀 A fantastic time was had by all! 🎉

🎉 Huge congratulations to Vi Schultz on her well-deserved promotion to Senior Fitness Director! 🎉

For over 10 years, Vi has been an integral part of the Wyomissing campus, helping residents stay fit and active in all levels of care. From goat yoga to sheep walking, Vi’s creative fitness classes have always been a hit! 🐐🐑💪

When she's not bringing fun fitness adventures to our residents, Vi enjoys teaching at local gyms and cherishing time with her children and grandchildren. 🏋️‍♀️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

We can’t wait to see all the amazing things she will continue to do in her new role! Here's to more fun, fitness and memories ahead! 💙
