At our Allentown campus, we combined challenging balance training with a fun egg race for a double dose of benefits! Not only did it help with balance, but it also gave our residents a mental workout, encouraging focus, problem-solving, and coordination. 🏃‍♀️💡 Plus, it’s a great way to stay active, improve muscle strength, and boost flexibility—key elements of a healthy lifestyle! 🏅
