Primary insurances will be considered based on the results of a benefits verification. Based on the increasing popularity of Medicare Advantage Plans (HMOs and PPOs, also known as Medicare Part C and Medicare Replacement plans), we are pleased to share that we are “In Network” with the following Medicare Advantage Plans at our Nursing and Rehabilitation Center only (we do not accept Medicare for our Independent Living and Personal Care services in our retirement communities; those services are private pay):

If you are covered under traditional Medicare and have supplementary coverage, there are no contracts involved, and we are able to accept insurances from a wide variety of companies. This includes supplementary coverage from the companies listed above as well as:

• Tricare for Life
• Others (upon insurance verification)
