At Country Meadows of Forks of Easton, our co-workers are the heart and soul of our community, each one bringing their own unique touch to make every day a little brighter. Much like a yearbook filled with superlatives, we’ve found meaningful ways to celebrate these exceptional individuals, each a vital part of our story. Through their laughter, kindness and warmth, they create an environment that’s welcoming, joyful and genuinely feels like home. Meet our Forks of Easton superlative winners, Arlene, Emma, Hanna and more, to see how they bring warmth, laughter and special talents to make Country Meadows a place like no other.
When she’s not at work, Hanna is likely strumming her ukulele and filling the air with music-just like she does the moment she walks through the doors at our Forks of Easton campus. Originally from Poland, Hanna brings warmth and joy to everything she does, which is probably why she was voted Most Likely to Give the Best Hugs. Her days are filled with laughter, singing and the simple joy of making her residents smile. Hanna believes a good hug can make the world feel just a little brighter-and she’s made it her mission to spread that comfort every day.
Arlene believes she was voted Most Likely to Make You Feel at Home because she treats everyone like family-and she means it from the heart. As a Med Tech at our Forks of Easton campus, Arlene brings comfort, compassion and care into every interaction, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both residents and co-workers. She started at Country Meadows as a Caregiver and has grown in her role, building lasting connections along the way. One of her favorite ways to brighten the day is through song-she’s known for singing as she works, often leading to spontaneous singalongs that lift everyone’s spirits. Whether she’s sharing a laugh, offering a kind word or breaking into song, Arlene makes each day feel just a little more like home.
One of Emma’s favorite moments at work was when a resident gave her a piece of chocolate with a message inside that read, “You are beautiful and worth it”-a small gesture that meant the world to her. Emma, a caregiver at our Forks of Easton campus, brings that same kindness and warmth to every shift, which is why she was voted Most Likely to Bring Their Furry Friend to Work. Her love for dogs and hiking goes hand in hand-adventures with her pup sparked a passion for the outdoors she now treasures. Whether she’s lifting spirits with a smile or sharing a story from the trails, Emma makes each day a little brighter.
Amber hits the slopes any chance she gets-skiing has become a passion she now shares with her kids after picking it up just five years ago. That same adventurous energy shows up in her role as Regional Training and Development Coordinator at Country Meadows, where she helps co-workers grow, laugh, and feel supported. Voted Most Likely to Know Everyone’s Name (thanks in part to those trusty name tags!), Amber brings a personal touch to every onboarding and celebration. One of her favorite memories? DINO (Dedicated Individuals Nurturing Others) Week, when the entire company rallies together to celebrate their hardworking teams-it’s fun, meaningful and full of pride. Whether she’s helping others find their footing or racing down a mountain, Amber is always moving forward with heart.
Katelyn was voted Most Likely to Make Everyone Laugh Out Loud-and she wears that title proudly. Known for her quick wit and ability to lift any mood, Katelyn brings energy and humor to every room she enters. As Business Office Manager at the Forks of Easton campus, she thrives on building meaningful relationships with residents and co-workers, blending professionalism with fun. One standout memory? When an entertainer was a no-show during DINO (Dedicate Individual Nurturing Others) Week, Katelyn jumped in with impromptu stand-up comedy-and had the whole room in stitches. Outside of work, she loves the ballet, home improvement projects, board games and spontaneous dance parties with her family.
Dubbed our “Life of the Party,” Michael earned his superlative by turning every shift into a celebration, hyping up co-workers and residents alike with his nonstop positivity. As a caregiver and med tech, he finds nothing more rewarding than blending skilled care with genuine joy-whether that’s helping with daily routines or leading an impromptu dance break. His favorite memory so far? Working the night of the Super Bowl, when he had residents on their feet, dancing and cheering for the Eagles until the final whistle. Off the clock, Michael balances grad school in physical therapy with workouts, writing sessions and quality time with family and friends-proof that his energy doesn’t clock out when his shift does.
At our Forks of Easton campus, Alex is known for more than just her exceptional care-she’s also the one most likely to have everyone laughing. Whether she’s brightening a resident’s day or keeping her co-workers smiling through a busy shift, her sense of humor is always close by. As a dedicated caregiver (Personal Care Associate), Alex brings both compassion and comedy to her role, proving that a little laughter can go a long way in making others feel at home.
As the Director of Nursing, April leads with heart and intention-always finding ways to make co-workers and residents feel truly seen and valued. It’s no surprise she was voted “Most Likely to Make Everyone Feel Special,” as her thoughtful nature and supportive spirit shine through in every interaction. Whether offering a kind word, a listening ear, or a moment of encouragement, April brings warmth and compassion to everything she does.
Cissy has a gift for forming genuine, heartfelt connections with residents, which is why she was named “Most Likely to Be a Resident’s Best Friend.” As a Personal Care Associate, she’s known for her kindness, empathy, and the way she makes every resident feel heard and cared for. Her days are filled with laughter, conversation, and moments that turn into lasting friendships. Cissy’s warmth is a big part of what makes life feel like home at Forks of Easton.
Renee’s cheerful energy and warm spirit make her a ray of sunshine at the Forks of Easton campus, which is why she was named “Most Likely to Brighten Your Day.” As a Personal Care Associate, she brings kindness, compassion, and joy to every shift-always ready with a smile, a joke, or a listening ear. Whether she’s helping a resident start their day with confidence or offering encouragement to a co-worker, Renee’s positivity is truly contagious. Her ability to lift others up and create meaningful moments is just one of the many reasons she’s so loved by everyone she works with.
