Celebrating Bethlehem Superlatives: The People Who Make Us Unique

At Country Meadows of Bethlehem, our co-workers are the heart and soul of our community, each one bringing their own unique touch to make every day a little brighter. Much like a yearbook filled with superlatives, we’ve found meaningful ways to celebrate these exceptional individuals, each a vital part of our story. Through their laughter, kindness and warmth, they create an environment that’s welcoming, joyful and genuinely feels like home. Meet our Bethlehem superlative winners, Danuta, Emily, Scott and more, to see how they bring warmth, laughter and special talents to make Country Meadows a place like no other.

Scott

Scott

For Scott, laughter is more than a hobby – it’s a calling. A lifelong stand-up comedy fan and performer, he knows just how to brighten a room, which is why he was voted “Most Likely to Tell the Funniest Jokes.” His quick wit and sense of timing bring constant smiles to residents and co-workers alike, turning ordinary moments into something worth remembering. But behind every laugh is genuine care – Scott takes his role seriously, making sure residents feel included and excited for every event. One of his favorite memories is reading birthday cards aloud to a resident celebrating her 100th birthday, then getting a heartfelt hug in thanks. As a Dynamic Living Associate at our Bethlehem campus, Scott blends humor and heart to make every day a little lighter for everyone around him.

Ashleigh

Ashleigh

It started with a friendly sports rivalry – Cowboys versus Eagles – but turned into one of the sweetest memories imaginable. A 102-year-old resident had never been to a ballgame, so when the opportunity came for him to throw the first pitch at an IronPigs game, his smile said it all. That moment of pure joy melted her heart and perfectly reflects the kind of energy she brings to work every day. Voted “Most Likely to Be the Life of the Party,” she has a gift for making people smile and feel connected. Outside of work, she loves weekends at her river house, where you’ll find her fishing, camping, hiking or rocking out at concerts. As the Pathways Manager at our Bethlehem campus, she finds fulfillment in mentoring others and creating an environment filled with laughter, learning and heart.

Nicole

Nicole

In the fitness studio, you’ll often hear laughter, encouragement and cheers – proof that movement can be as much about joy as it is about strength. That’s exactly the environment Nicole has created at our Bethlehem campus. Her classes are a place where residents support one another, celebrate progress and build confidence together. It’s no surprise she was voted “Most Likely to Be a Resident’s Best Friend,” because her warmth and positivity make everyone feel welcome. Outside of work, Nicole loves spending weekends with her family, cheering on her kids at soccer games and relaxing with their dogs. As Fitness Director, she finds deep fulfillment in helping residents grow stronger – physically and emotionally – one class at a time.

Betsy

Betsy

When she’s not at work, Betsy Keller loves being outdoors – whether she’s spiking a volleyball or hiking to take in a beautiful view. That same active, upbeat energy shines through in everything she does at Country Meadows. Known for her quick wit and warm personality, it’s no surprise she was voted “Most Likely to Make You Feel at Home.” Betsy treats everyone like family, making sure laughter and kindness fill each day. As the Concierge Transportation Coordinator at our Bethlehem campus, she takes pride in brightening both the good days and the tough ones, keeping residents and co-workers smiling wherever the day takes them.

Linda

Linda

Warm, welcoming and always ready with a smile, Linda Dickert brings heart to her role as the evening receptionist at our Bethlehem campus. After retiring and spending years as a devoted caregiver to her parents and husband, she returned to work in search of connection – and found a second home at Country Meadows. Linda quickly became known for her thoughtful gestures and incredible themed dinners for staff, complete with homemade dishes and creative décor. Her generosity and kindness are exactly why she was voted “Most Likely to Make Everyone Feel Special.” Outside of work, Linda enjoys cooking, gardening on her cozy patio and relaxing with adult paint-by-number projects that let her creative side shine.

Krystal

Krystal

Every day, Krystal makes it her mission to bring joy and connection to the residents she serves. She loves knowing that her work makes a real difference in their lives, whether it’s through a thoughtful conversation, a shared laugh or a simple hello. Her friendly nature and genuine interest in others have made her a familiar face around the Bethlehem campus – and earned her the title “Most Likely to Know Everyone’s Name.” One of her favorite memories is taking a resident to an IronPigs game and surprising her with the chance to throw out the first pitch, fulfilling a lifelong dream. Outside of work, Krystal enjoys trips to the casino with her grandmother, a tradition filled with fun, laughter and a little friendly luck.

Danuta

Danuta

As the Director of Sales and Marketing at our Bethlehem campus, Danuta finds joy in helping prospective residents and their families find a place they can truly call home. Her favorite part of the job is building genuine relationships and knowing she’s making a difference in people’s lives – something she lovingly calls “filling her happy bucket.” After returning to the Bethlehem campus following time at another location, Danuta was greeted with open arms and big smiles, inspiring her to return those hugs tenfold. That warmth and connection are exactly why she was voted “Most Likely to Give the Best Hugs.” One of her favorite moments was visiting a resident shortly after her return and receiving a heartfelt hug that reminded her she was right where she belonged. When she’s not at work, she’s spending time with her beloved 13-year-old dog, who’s been her loyal best friend for nearly a decade.

Jamie

Jamie

As the Director of Environmental Services at our Bethlehem Nursing Center, Jamie plays an essential role in creating a clean, safe and uplifting environment for residents and co-workers alike. After 22 years with Country Meadows, she’s built countless memories – from celebrating birthdays and baby showers to working side by side with her mom and sister. For Jamie, the most rewarding part of her job is the simple joy of making someone smile – because even the smallest act of kindness can brighten an entire day. Her positive outlook and can-do attitude earned her the title “Most Likely to Brighten Your Day,” a reflection of how her optimism touches everyone she meets. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys spending time with her children and dogs – or cheering at the racetrack, where her love of speed and energy matches her vibrant spirit.

Gwen

Gwen

When she’s not at Country Meadows, Gwen spends much of her time volunteering at her church and her daughters’ school, always lending a helping hand where it’s needed most. That same giving spirit carries over into her work as Business Office Manager at our Bethlehem Nursing Center. Gwen is known for the warmth she brings to every interaction – and for the golden retriever who’s just as loved as she is. Her dog, Mya, joins her regularly at work and has become a favorite among residents, brightening every hallway she trots down. It’s no surprise Gwen was voted “Most Likely to Bring My Furry Friend to Work.” Some of her favorite memories include watching her daughters lead activities with residents, creating moments of joy that remind her just how special this community truly is.

Emily

Emily

At our Bethlehem Nursing and Rehab Center, Emily brings both compassion and humor to her role as a Registered Nurse. Known for her quick wit and ability to make anyone laugh, she was proudly voted “Most Likely to Make You Laugh Out Loud.” Emily’s lighthearted spirit helps create an atmosphere where residents and co-workers alike feel comfortable, cared for and uplifted. Whether she’s sharing a joke to brighten someone’s day or offering reassurance during a tough moment, Emily strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and heart. Her laughter is contagious – and it’s one of the many reasons her team and residents adore her.
