Elm Avenue is a quiet street in Lancaster that leads to Country Meadows, our charming campus in the heart of Pennsylvania's Dutch Country. With fewer than 100 apartment-style residences, the community is small enough to know staff and residents alike and large enough to offer a variety of services.

Neighboring communities like Millersville, Manheim, Lititz, Marietta, Elizabethtown, Bird-in-Hand and Marietta are easy outings from our campus. Philadelphia, Harrisburg, and Baltimore are within an hour or so drive.

Country Meadows of Lancaster residents take advantage of all that life has to offer. On our campus, we center care around residents who need assistance ranging from minimal help with daily activities in our Personal Care program to varying levels memory care with our Connections Memory Support Services. We provide the help our residents need, whether an encouraging hug, validating conversation or nursing support to keep them as healthy and safe as possible. For residents who wish to live here for the rest of their lives, we strive to offer a continuum of compassionate care serving their needs and choices. We understand the emotional value of keeping residents comfortable and their families assured their loved ones will receive the necessary care. This makes our program very unique in the Lancaster area.
