Allentown is home to one of two Country Meadows communities in the Lehigh Valley. The Allentown campus is close to Macungie, Schnecksville, Orefield, Emmaus, Whitehall, South Whitehall, Coopersburg and Bethlehem.

Our beautiful 48 acre campus has three easily accessible single-floor buildings where we offer Independent Living, Personal Care, Connections Memory Support Services, and Pathways Restorative Services™

Plus, new apartments are now available in our new all-Independent-Living building! Brand new, upscale apartment-style accommodations for Independent Living residents are now available for move-in, providing a fresh, new retirement living option in the Lehigh Valley.
The apartment homes feature the latest trends in retirement living and modern appointments. Many of the apartments offer French-door access to a porch, deck or courtyard as well as contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, washers and dryers, walk-in closets and powder rooms. The new building addition also offers a chapel/theater, Bistro, game room, library, and beautiful dining room complete with a fireplace.
