By submitting artwork for consideration, co-workers agree to allow Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community to use artwork publicly for purposes including contest promotion, brochures, news releases, website, holiday card and for any other lawful purpose, without remuneration. Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community certifies artist retains all rights to entered piece(s).
Co-worker grants permission to post the artist’s name and biography.
Entrants acknowledge and agree that Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community shall have no obligation to post, display or otherwise make publicly availably any work submitted by the entrant, and may, in their sole and unfettered discretion, remove, edit, modify or delete any work that the entrant submits.
If selected as the winner, co-worker agrees to send the original artwork to the Country Meadows Home Office in Hershey, PA. Original artwork will be returned no later than December 15, 2025.
I represent and warrant that the artwork I am submitting for the Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community 2025 holiday card art contest is my original work and that the copyright in all such art belongs to me. I represent and warrant that the artwork I am submitting does not infringe any copyright or trademark rights, or violate any rights of privacy or publicity and is not AI generated.
For photographs that depict an identifiable person(s), I am also submitting a release form signed by such persons (or in the case of a minor, that person’s parent or legal guardian).
I grant Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community the right to use, publish, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display artwork for any purpose and in any medium, including, but not limited to, on merchandise, in print materials, presentations, promotions, and online. I understand that Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community will credit me as the artist, when feasible, in sole discretion of Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community.
I represent that I am a co-worker at Country Meadows Retirement Community or Ecumenical Retirement Community.
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community and its licensees for all liabilities, costs and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from an allegation that I have breached any of the above-stated representations and warranties.
I hereby release and discharge Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community and its licensees from any and all claims arising out of the use by Country Meadows/Ecumenical Retirement Community of my artwork for the purposes described above.
