Wednesdays in January at Country Meadows

Join us for tours of our assisted living apartments and take home a delicious dinner of homemade soup & salad for two.

Tour & Take-out is available every Wednesday from 2 – 4 p.m. January 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th.
