Our Bethlehem Nursing & Rehab Center team (two- and four-legged) with Executive Chairman, Michael Leader, at our annual holiday party

Do work you like with people you like.

You chose such a worthwhile career in caring for others. Thank you for making that choice. We value our co-workers’ choice and commitment to help make life better for our residents. And they do—they really do. At our Country Meadows Nursing & Rehab Center with only 70 beds, our team connects with both our rehab and long-term care residents in meaningful ways as they have the time to spend with them and get to know them. And with our high staffing ratios, our CNAs can focus on specific tasks with fewer residents.

Family-owned and managed for over 30 years:
Same owners, same family from the very beginning! This consistency and stability of leadership assure our co-workers we’re here for them, and they know what to expect. Plus, with our long-term staff, it really does feel like family. While we welcome new faces and perspectives, having colleagues and managers who have been here for many years provides peace of mind you will have support and even make friends on the job. Our co-workers create our culture that makes it worth coming to work each day.

Not your typical nursing home:
Because we’re family-owned and a smaller-sized center, you can feel the difference. Residents enjoy daily activities with our vibrant dynamic living program, families and friends visit often in our cozy common areas and on our beautiful campus grounds and managers are involved and present.

As part of our Practice Random Acts of Kindness program, residents handed out flowers and smiles at a local grocery store to shoppers.

Co-workers enjoy celebrating just about every holiday—at least the ones with fun costumes!

You are supported and appreciated:
We are proud to offer competitive wages, a great benefits package and even incentivized career paths, on-the-job training and continuing education to our hard-working co-workers. And though compensation is a priority, so is knowing you are seen and valued. We host year-round appreciation recognition by campus teams and even home office management who travels to the campus often.
