An active and social life both on and off-campus

One of the main reasons our residents and their families first considered a retirement community was for an easier, safer environment—what all basic senior citizen housing and assisted living facilities provide. But, one of the main reasons they chose Country Meadows was to get back to living life through our full array of social events, fitness, spiritual enrichment programs, recreational activities and lifelong learning. Here is a preview of some of our activities we have at all our campuses.

Support and empowerment through spiritual life

We welcome all religious and cultural backgrounds and embrace an inclusive interfaith approach to spiritual care. We have full-time chaplains who offer pastoral counseling, conduct religious services and are available for residents’ spiritual needs.

Healthy living with wellness and fitness

Physical activity helps keep seniors energetic and independent. We have a dedicated fitness staff who promotes healthy lifestyles with individual and group programs from SilverSneakers® fitness classes and Arthritis Foundation’s Tai Chi to one-on-one training.
