Individualized care for individual needs

Visit our Bethlehem campus to see our difference.

Here, we see our residents with memory loss as individuals, not their diagnosis. The Bethlehem team in our Connections Memory Support Services program is specially trained to recognize residents’ individual needs to best connect and communicate in a respectful, dignified way so residents feel purposeful.

We offer a continuum of memory support from the early signs of dementia in our Connections Club program through late-stage memory loss in both our Supervised and Secured Connections Neighborhood. Our specialty programming focuses on creating personal, nurturing connections through:

  • Validation approach to engage residents based on their perceptions, rather than correcting their sense of reality to reduce anxiety and unnecessary episodes of grief or confusion
  • Seven Signature programs: Musical Moments, Sensory Connections, Nurture Therapy, Activity Kits, Gardening, Purposeful Service and the innovative interactive Tover Table
  • Life Stories to learn about our residents’ past so we may connect with them in the present
  • Compass program, a specially designed system to identify residents’ level of memory loss and current abilities to then meet them where they are in their journey
  • Unique strategies to focus on the individual to better manage challenges complicated by dementia

Schedule a visit today for a personalized tour to see how our Bethlehem team may support your loved one through our unique care options.
