From the South: Follow I-78 East and * take the Hamilton Blvd/Rt. 222 South exit. Look for signs for the new Rt. 222 South. Continue on Rt. 222 South for 1.2 miles to N. Krocks Road. Turn right onto N. Krocks Road and follow for .3 mile. Country Meadows is on the left.

From the East (Philadelphia): Take the PA Turnpike’s Northeast Extension North to exit 33. Take Rt. 22 East to Rt. 309 South. Follow to I-78 East and continue from * above.

From the North (New Jersey/Easton): Take I-78 West and follow from * above.
