As we progress through the steps of our Re-opening Plan per the Department of Health’s guidelines, we welcome family and friends to connect through our visitation. To be successful, we need your cooperation in the following guidelines to keep our residents (and their guests) safe. Only scheduled visits* are allowed at this time and can be reserved through the process below.

How to Schedule a Visit:

Visiting a Resident in Independent Living, Building 1-2:

Outdoor visitation has begun for this building. Please schedule below.

  • Visitations are available in 30-minute increments at the outside designated area (see visitation overview map):

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday | 9:30-11:30am & 1-3pm

Every other Wednesday | 6-7:15pm

Every other weekend | 10-11:30am & 1-2:30pm

Two areas: 1) outside on the Atrium front porch and 2) outside on the Atrium side porch/deck

  • The set-up for residents and guests includes seating arranged at least six feet apart.
  • Each guest must check in at the front desk, will be screened and is required to sign in and agree to our visitation policy.
  • We want to accommodate as many families as possible and ask you to limit your repeat visit requests.
  • If you must cancel, please call the campus at least 24 hours in advance of your confirmed visitation date so we can offer the time slot to others.
  • If weather does not permit outside visitation, we can accommodate visits at a designated indoor location in the Atrium conference room and front lobby (one family per room).

Visiting a Resident in Personal Care, Building 3:

Per the communication shared with residents and families on 8/6, we are suspending Building 3 Personal Care visitation until 8/18.

 

Visiting a Resident in Connections Building 4 (2nd Floor) and Pathways Building 5 (2nd Floor):

Monday, Wednesday & Saturday | 9:30 am – 3:30 pm

Every other Wednesday (starting 8/19) | 9:30 am – 6:00 pm

  • Each guest must check in at the front desk, will be screened and is required to sign in and agree to our visitation policy.
  • We want to accommodate as many families as possible and ask you to limit your repeat visit requests.
  • If you must cancel, please call the campus at least 24 hours in advance of your confirmed visitation date so we can offer the time slot to others.
  • If weather does not permit outside visitation, we can accommodate visits at a designated indoor location in Building 4, 1st floor lobby.

Connections in Building 4, 1st Floor

Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday | 9:30 am – 3:30 pm

For Connections guests, Building 4, 1st floor, meet on Building 4 front porch.

  • The set-up for residents and guests includes seating arranged at least six feet apart.
  • Each guest must check in at the front desk, will be screened and is required to sign in and agree to our visitation policy.
  • We want to accommodate as many families as possible and ask you to limit your repeat visit requests.
  • If you must cancel, please call the campus at least 24 hours in advance of your confirmed visitation date so we can offer the time slot to others.
  • If weather does not permit outside visitation, we can accommodate visits at a designated indoor location in Building 4, 1st floor lobby.

Engagement Guidelines:

  • Each visitor and resident must wear a mask.
  • All visits will be conducted in the designated seating area. No guests will be able to come inside.
  • Please limit visitors up to two per resident or resident couple. We encourage you to include others via video chat.
  • Seating will be available for up to two visitors. Please do not bring your own chairs.
  • The seating area will be sanitized before and after each use.
  • Though we love pets, please do not bring yours at this time.
  • We discourage bringing any items (e.g., food, gifts, etc.). If you have essential items you must deliver, please follow the drop-off policy.
  • At this time, we are limiting engagement to social distancing and conversation. Please no hugging, holding hands or kissing.

*Visitation is not available while a resident is on isolation precautions.
