Visitation Guidelines At Our Communities

Country Meadows Retirement Communities remains steadfast in our number one priority to protect our residents and co-workers by creating and maintaining a safe environment. The best way to achieve this goal is by continuing to follow our enhanced safety and disinfection precautions, using proper PPE during high activity of community COVID-19 transmission rates, screening everyone who enters our campuses and following physical distancing and hand washing protocols. Since we care for the most vulnerable, and most affected, population, it is imperative that our residents, co-workers, vendors and visitors strictly adhere to these precautions based on our current clinical guidelines.

Please note: if COVID cases occur on campus, co-workers will follow guidelines from the Department of Health by contact tracing to identify potential exposures, determine testing strategies and isolate individuals with high-risk exposures. We will continue to keep families informed in the unlikely event of visitation changes.

If you are unable to visit and would like to connect with your loved one via video chat, please complete this form to submit a request, and our team can assist you in coordinating the call.
