Visitation Guidelines At Our Communities

Country Meadows Retirement Community remains steadfast in our number one priority to protect our residents and co-workers. The best ways to safeguard our campuses is to stay the course practicing our safety and disinfection precautions, using proper PPE, and following social distancing and quarantine protocols. Since we care for the most vulnerable, and most affected, population, we cannot waiver in our protocols. Below are the visitation details for each of our campuses based on the direction of the States’ Department of Health.

Please note: If any campus-acquired cases occur, our co-workers will contact trace to determine in which area(s) to test and temporarily suspend visitation during the surveillance period. These are guidelines from the Department of Health for everyone’s welfare. We will continue to keep families informed of any visitation changes through this web page and email.

Read here for the CDC’s mask policy in retirement communities for vaccinated and unvaccinated residents and visitors.

If you would like to connect with your loved one via video chat, please complete this form to submit a request, and our team can assist you in coordinating the call.
