Making memories on the river

Often times people believe that a diagnosis of dementia or Alzheimer’s disease means the end of a full life. That is simply not the case. At Country Meadows, residents in our Connections memory support programs enjoy activities and outings to help residents continue to enjoy hobbies, learn about new things and remain engaged in life.
