From I-79 North: * Take the Bridgeville exit and turn right. At the first traffic light, turn right onto Washington Pike. Follow for approx. three miles. Country Meadows is on the right.

From the PA Turnpike: Take the New Stanton exit. Follow I-70 West to Washington, PA – follow signs for I-79 North. Follow * above.

From Rt. 19 South: Take Boyce Road until it ends at Washington Pike. Turn left onto Washington Pike and continue for approx. one mile. Country Meadows is on the right.

From Rt. 519 (Washington, PA and points south): Country Meadows is located on Rt. 519.
