Hershey Directions

From the West (Gettysburg, Carlisle, Harrisburg): Follow Route 581 over the John Harris (South) bridge. Continue onto Interstate 83 North/Route 322 East toward Hershey. Take the 322 East exit, exiting to the right. Continue on Route 322 until the first traffic light past the Hershey Medical Center (three traffic lights total). At the third traffic light turn right onto Cherry Drive. You will see Karns Food on your left. After
one block, at the stop sign, turn right onto Sand Hill Road. The Country Meadows entrance is the next left.

From the South (York): Follow Route 83 North. Pass the entrance to the Pennsylvania Turnpike. Bear right towards Harrisburg at Route 581. Follow Route 581 over the John Harris (South) bridge. Continue onto Interstate 83 North/Route 322 East toward Hershey. Take the 322 East exit, exiting to the right. Continue on Route 322 until the first traffic light past the Hershey Medical Center (three traffic lights total). At the third traffic light turn right onto Cherry Drive. You will see Karns Food on your left. After one block, at the stop sign, turn right onto Sand Hill Road. The Country Meadows entrance is the next left.

From the South (Lancaster): Follow Route 283 West. At the exit for Route 743, turn right. You will see signs for Hershey. Follow 743 North until it turns right at the traffic light at Cocoa Avenue. At this point, continue straight onto Fishburn Road. After the road bends right, turn left at Sand Hill Road (see a doctor’s office at this corner). Pass Peach and Cherry Drives on the left, then turn left into Country Meadows of Hershey.

From the East (Lebanon): Follow Route 322 West. Pass the entrance to the Milton Hershey School’s Founder Hall (see a building with a large dome to the left on Route 322). Continue to the traffic light at Cherry Drive. Left onto Cherry Drive. See Karns Food to the left. After one block, at the stop sign, turn right onto Sand Hill Road. The Country Meadows entrance is the next left.

From the North: Follow Route 81 South. Exit at Route 39 and turn left. Follow Route 39 South to Hersheypark Drive (Route 422 East). Follow Route 422 East and take the Route 322 East exit. Stay on Route 322 East, you will pass the Hershey Medical Center on the right. At the next traffic light, turn right onto Cherry Drive. You will see Karns Food on your left. After one block, at the stop sign, turn right onto Sand Hill Road. The Country Meadows entrance is the next left.
