Welcome to a retirement lifestyle

Seniors DiningWe’re not your typical retirement community. For starters, we have really great food. Just ask our residents. With restaurant-style dining, our residents enjoy catching up with neighbors over a delicious professionally prepared meal, entertain and host friends and family for a dinner or special celebration in our private dining room or on some campuses treating guests in our neighborhood-style Bistro—all on the same campus.

While our delectable dining experience fills the appetite, our extensive community lifestyle program fuels the mind, body and spirit. Unlike most assisted living or senior citizen housing, our residents live beyond their apartments and become as involved as they choose within our campus, the city, region, even road trips to outside the state.

A Community of Peers for Active Living

Here, our residents meet neighbors who enjoy the same pastimes, love the same activities, have the same taste in music or books and for many, share the same stories. Residents delight in seeing familiar faces of old friends and welcome the chance to make new ones.

Our Fitness Programs are offered weekly. Individual exercise programs are available through our fitness team for one-on-one, personalized instruction and encouragement. Group exercise classes promote social interaction while providing structured exercise formats.

Senior Activities

SilverSneakers®

Think, Move and Improve

We offer more because you expect more.

Here, you can always expect resident-centered care focused on the mind, body and spirit. Let us share our campus highlights in person—visit any day of the week when it’s convenient for you.

Couples Welcome

Retirement Communities for SeniorsWe invite couples to continue to live as vibrantly as they choose. And they’re welcome to do so together, no matter their individual health needs. We value the peace of mind of keeping couples together—it’s their home, after all. We work to meet their needs while spouses continue to live in the same apartment. We offer special mixed-care plans to help couples stay together while providing the care each needs, such as:

  • Live independently with your spouse in Assisted Living/Personal Care
  • Support a spouse’s early-stage memory loss in Assisted Living/Personal Care
  • Stay together in a secure Memory Care neighborhood

Contact us to discuss what may work best for your family depending on their needs and preferences.

Pets Welcome

Retirement Community that allows PetsOur residents bring the best parts of their lives with them—pets included. We welcome pets in all levels of care in our retirement homes. In fact, we even have house pets for residents, visitors and co-workers to enjoy at their leisure. And therapy pets visit frequently. Country Meadows truly is a pet-friendly and pet-loving community. We also understand some residents may need assistance in their pet caregiving or temporarily when on vacation or during a hospital stay. That’s why we created our Pet Care Program. Just as we provide individualized services for our residents, we offer a care plan for pets. Ask our team about details.

Monthly Rentals

We offer month-to-month rental apartments in all levels of care with no buy-in fee. Monthly rates depend on level of care services needed. Discuss your preferences and needs with our team today to estimate your rate.
