Welcome to Country Meadows of York - West

Situated in the quaint residential western neighborhood of Shiloh, our campus is one of two Country Meadows communities in York, PA.  It is less than 10 miles NW of our Leader Heights campus (south York), and just off routes 74 and 30.  It is just a stone’s throw away from Weigelstown, Dover, and downtown York; and an easy ride to Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster and Baltimore.

Country Meadows York is an all one-floor community with wide, spacious, easy to navigate halls and rooms. We have neighborhood sidewalks that weave around our building, where you can stop and sit on a bench near a weeping willow tree and watch the family of ducks that call our campus home.

Independent Living, Personal Care, Connections Memory Support Services, and Pathways Restorative Services™ are offered at Country Meadows, York. If personal care services and companionship are needed in your own home, Country Meadows at Home caregivers have the training, expertise, know how and caring spirit to meet residents wherever they are most comfortable.
