Welcome to Country Meadows of York - South

Named for where the Leader family farm once stood, Country Meadows of Leader Heights is the southern of the two communities in York. The Leader Heights campus is just 14 miles north of the Maryland state line on I-83. Situated in the heart of York County, Country Meadows of Leader Heights is close to Baltimore and its suburbs along with Harrisburg, Lancaster and Gettysburg.

Country Meadows of Leader Heights encourages residents to take advantage of all that life has to offer. With our Independent Living, Personal Care, Connections Memory Support Services and Pathways Restorative Services™, Country Meadows residents can be care-free, active and independent as they like.
