Country Meadows offers a wide range of full and part-time employment opportunities, ranging from entry level to senior-level positions in a team-oriented environment.

  • Personal Care Associate (PCA) – This is an opportunity to assist seniors with their activities of daily living, including dressing, bathing, light housekeeping and meal services. These positions offer a unique opportunity to develop some special friendships with our residents.
  • Certified Nursing Associate (CNA) – Participates in meeting residents’ physical needs and assists with nursing duties when assigned to one of our two nursing centers.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) – If you are tired of working in a hectic hospital environment or looking for a position in a team-oriented company and enjoy seniors, these positions offer an excellent opportunity to provide direct contact with residents and support their medical needs.
  • Dining Services – If you enjoy using your creativity in preparing delicious, home-cooked meals in a hands-on environment then these are the ideal positions for you. Other benefits include finishing your work day by early evening and working only every other weekend. Positions include dining services manager, dining room coordinator, culinary associate and dining associate.
  • Community Life/Activities – If you enjoy planning special events for seniors, then this is the job for you. Using your creativity you will plan and implement motivational and fun-filled activities for residents.
  • Chaplain – These positions are for members of the clergy who enjoy developing and implementing spiritual and personal programs and nurturing residents of all faiths.
  • Office Manager/Receptionist – Provides clerical support and performs basic accounting, bookkeeping and communication functions in a fun and nurturing environment different from a “traditional” office environment.
  • Executive Director/Department Head – An opportunity for persons with proven management experience to manage and supervise day-to-day operations of the campus or a department.
  • Marketer – Works with seniors and their families to help them find appropriate accommodations. Must be comfortable making sales presentations and able to cultivate marketing contacts throughout the community.
  • Housekeeping – Provides hands-on, active assistance in maintaining a clean, healthy environment.
  • Maintenance – Ideal position for a handyman who wants a job with something new every day. Position involves both inside & outside maintenance needs.
