Each Home Care Associate successfully completes a rigorous training program, including classroom instruction, on-the-job training at Country Meadows of Hershey and competency testing and evaluation. Training is not a one-time event. Each month Country Meadows at Home caregivers receive ongoing training from Geriatric Care Specialists to expand their skills and maintain their qualifications.
